New 8-Berth Regal Hemsworth Premium Caravan

On a spacious, private plot, the caravan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (including dishwasher), private and secure decking area, WiFi as well as parking for 3 vehicles.

Located a short walk from the park's main entertainment venue, RJ's and only a 5 minute walk to Brean beach, the property gives you the perfect location from which to enjoy your Somerset staycation at the award-winning Holiday Resort Unity.

Living Room

Cozy, Bright, Airy and your gateway to the deck!

The living room is practical but comfortable, with a Smart TV, Fire, 2-Seater Sofa, 3 Seater Sofa Bed (Berths 7&8), Coffee Table, Book Case and additional storage.

French Doors lead out onto the furnished decking, positioned to give you privacy and peace whilst also catching the sunshine all throughout the day.

The corridor running to the bedroom starts with a bench and storage area that's great for tidying away shoes and coats. There is also a further storage cupboard just outside the master bedroom where you can store extra clothes or towels.

Master Bedroom

Kingsize Bed with En-Suite

The Master Bedroom gives you more space than you would normally find in a Caravan, including a King-sized bed, built in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables complete with USB Twin Power Sockets, and a Dressing Table with mirror and stool. We have now added a smart TV in this room too, photos will be updated next time we can visit!

The Ensuite has a toilet and basin, alongside some additional storage under the basin and over the toilet.

Kitchen and Dining Area

Home Comforts, and even a dishwasher!

The Dining Area has 4 dedicated seats with 2 further foldaway chairs in the boiler cupboard just inside the front door. It's not fixed seating so can be moved to suit, and will easily accommodate a highchair if needed.

The Kitchen comes with a tall, Integrated fridge freezer, Gas Oven and Hob, Integrated Microwave, Integrated Dishwasher (because you are on holiday, no washing up!), Toaster, Kettle, Wine rack and plenty of storage space.

We've tried our best to provide all the kitchen equipment and utensils you might need too, with a good selection of family-friendly cookware and crockery.

2 x Twin Bedrooms

Compact, Practical but most important, comfortable!

Each Bedroom has dedicated storage and the ability to store additional items under the bed.

A shared bedside table is accompanied by a Twin Power Socket complete with USB sockets for those power-hungry kids devices!

Main Bathroom

Somewhere to Wash Off That Sand........

The bathroom has a toilet and basin, both with storage options, a mirror and a powerful shower, also with storage so no one needs to fight over who's toiletries take pride of place

Free Wifi

We know it can be hard to detach from the outside world, even on holiday so the option is there to stay plugged in with our free WiFi through the Mifi device next to the Sofa Bed in the living room

Ample Parking

When we upgraded the caravan, we created space at the very front for two cars and just enough space outside the fire-hydrant if you need to squeeze in another

Smart TV

Whether it's your favourite binge box-set on Netflix or catching up with saved programmes on Amazon Prime, Smart TV's allow you access to your subscription services in both the main living room and the master bedroom

Entertainment Passes

Providing Free Access to the resorts entertainment venues plus discounts to other activities - e.g. Swimming.

Fresh Linen

Save the space in the car as we provide fresh linen for all guests.

This doesn't include towels though so don't forget to bring one of those!

Private, Enclosed Garden

The plot is completely fenced around and has a neat grassed area, complete with pub-style outdoor seating if the sun has moved around from the deck area!
